[DNA] Seminar & Networking Reception 2026
An insightful evening of cross-border dispute resolution discussions and networking.
Shearn Delamore & Co. was pleased to host the DNA Seminar & Networking Reception on 29 July 2026 at The Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur, with ICC Malaysia as the Supporting Organisation.
The seminar featured an engaging panel discussion on “From Securing Judgments / Awards to Enforcing Payment: Strategies, Forum Selection & Speed”, where practitioners from across Southeast Asia shared practical insights on the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards in their respective jurisdictions.
Our Head of Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Mediation, Shanti Mogan delivered the welcome and opening speech. This was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Lilien W. , our Partner from Dispute Resolution Practice Group. The panel comprised of:

The evening concluded with a networking reception, providing attendees with the opportunity to exchange perspectives and strengthen professional connections across the region.
